Prior to joining SpinFry, Mr. Millikin was a managing partner of Bay Mount Capital Resources, a boutique investment advisory firm specializing in institutional and private investments. His experience in the investment world has been integral in structuring and raising the necessary financing for SpinFry, Inc. Paul Foster, CEO and Board Member. Prior to joining SpinFry, Mr. Foster was general counsel of HealthSpin.  He served in the US Army as Captain of the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War.  Paul's legal and engineering background coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the deep fryer industry have proven to be invaluable resources. Ed Rensi*, President Franchise Operations and Board Member.  Former CEO and President of McDonald's, USA, for 13+ years.  Mr. Rensi is responsible for doubling US revenue to more than $16 billion, increasing the number of the U.S. Restaurants from nearly 6,600 to more than 12,000, and growing the number of U.S. franchisees  from 1,600 to more than 2,700.  During his tenure at McDonald's, Ed was responsible for introducing Chicken McNuggets, the McChicken Sandwich, Low Fat Frozen Yogurt, Fresh Salads, the Classic McChicken Grilled Sandwich and the McRib. Howard Bafford, COO and Board Member. Mr. Bafford is a Senior VP and former majority owner of Ochoa Foods, which was recently bought by Con Agra. Ochoa Foods is one of the largest frozen French fry manufacturers in the world making frozen fries for Wendy’s and TGI Fridays, amongst others.  Howard’s experience and connections with fast food and full service restaurants is unique and invaluable. David Moore, Chief Marketing Officer.  Mr. Moore has over 20 years experience in the food industry working for Fortune 500 companies and for some of the world’s leading advertising firms including Leo Burnett .  He headed up McDonald’s marketing team for Leo Burnett for South East Asia and China, which is McDonald’s fastest growing global market.   David's experience also extends to several other industry leading fast food companies such as Pizza Hut, Sonic and Hardees. Scott Meyer, Board Member.  Mr. Meyer is a former President & CEO of Breville N. America.  Breville is a leading provider of world-class, electrical consumer appliances.  Scott also served as Group Director at Johnson & Johnson and was responsible for launching Splenda, thus his branding experience is extensive. Ned Bell, SPINFRESH Corporate Chef.  Mr. Bell is one of Canada’s Premier Celebrity Chefs who has recently been voted as one of Western Living's "Top 40 Foodies under 40."  Ned has also been featured on Vancouver Cooks 2, a coveted collection of recipes from Vancouver's best chefs.  On top of his celebrity schedule, Ned is the Executive Chef and an owner of one of Canada’s finest restaurants, Cabana Bar & Grille (www.cabanagrille.com) in Kelowna, B.C. Ned has been featured on many television cooking programs including Food Network Canada's ‘Cook like a Chef’.  Recently, Ned has begun filming a new series for CTV titled "It's Just Food." (read Ned Bell's Bio)

Tim Megaw, Board Member. Mr. Megaw is a former Sr. VP of QVC. QVC is one of the largest home shopping channels in the world.  He was also involved in the setting up of international home shopping channels.  Tim's experience in retail television product placement is extensive.

Drew Atkins, Board Member. Mr. Atkins owns numerous businesses including international shipping, building, real estate funds, restaurants and technology based enterprises.  Drew brings significant business expertise to SpinFry.

SpinFry is proud to announce Ed Rensi as President of our Franchise Division.  Ed is not only on the board and part of our management team, he is also one of our investors.  Ed worked for McDonald's for 30+ years starting out in the kitchen and rising to the most senior post of CEO and President of McDonald's, USA for 13+ years
