Ed Rensi*, President of Franchise Operations and Board Member. Former CEO and President of McDonald's, USA, for 13+ years. Mr. Rensi is responsible for doubling US revenue to more than $16 billion, increasing the number of the U.S. Restaurants from nearly 6,600 to more than 12,000, and growing the number of U.S. franchisees from 1,600 to more than 2,700. During his tenure at McDonald's, Ed was responsible for introducing Chicken McNuggets, the McChicken Sandwich, Low Fat Frozen Yogurt, Fresh Salads, the Classic McChicken Grilled Sandwich and the McRib. Howard Bafford, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member. Mr. Bafford is a Senior VP and former majority owner of Ochoa Foods, which was recently bought by Con Agra. Ochoa Foods is one of the largest frozen French fry manufacturers in the world making frozen fries for Wendy’s and TGI Fridays, amongst others. Patrick Hoogendijk, Chief Financial Officer. Patrick is CFO & Partner at Capital E Advisors Inc, a private equity asset manager in New York City. He has over 15 years experience in private equity investing and operations. Patrick has worked on all aspects of the private equity investment life-cycle, from initial reviews through investment management to exit/liquidation. Extensive experience with fund-of-funds, secondary funds, and direct investments across a broad range of investment stages and industries. Patrick is also a seed investor and Angel mentor to New York-based startups. Patrick holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Delft University (The Netherlands) and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a certified RCA Chief Compliance Officer.
David Moore, Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Moore has over 20 years experience in the food industry working for Fortune 500 companies and for some of the world’s leading advertising firms including Leo Burnett . He headed up McDonald’s marketing team for Leo Burnett for South East Asia and China, which is McDonald’s fastest growing global market. David's experience also extends to several other industry leading fast food companies such as Pizza Hut, Sonic and Hardees. (read David Moore's Bio)
Michael Lyon, Corporate Chef. We are proud to welcome Chef Michael Lyon on board as our newest culinary master for SPINFRESH. Michael is a chef with a lot of pizzazz and is featured in his own show on Food Network Canada … Chef-Off! Challenge which pits two top chefs against each other in a cook off. Michael is no stranger to competition and is the first person in history to win back to back Golden Medal Plates which earned him membership in the Gold Medal Plate Hall of Fame. Canadian born, Michael sharpened his culinary talents at Le Cordon Bleu in both Ottawa and Paris. Paul Foster, Board Member. Prior to joining SpinFry, Mr. Foster was general counsel of HealthSpin. He served in the US Army as Captain of the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War. Scott Meyer, Board Member. Mr. Meyer is a former President & CEO of Breville N. America. Breville is a leading provider of world-class, electrical consumer appliances. Scott also served as Group Director at Johnson & Johnson and was responsible for launching Splenda, thus his branding experience is extensive. (read Scott's Bio)
Tim Megaw, Board Member. Mr. Megaw is a former Sr. VP of QVC. QVC is one of the largest home shopping channels in the world. He was also involved in the setting up of international home shopping channels. Tim's experience in retail television product placement is extensive.
Drew Atkins, Board Member. Mr. Atkins owns numerous businesses including international shipping, building, real estate funds, restaurants and technology based enterprises. Drew brings significant business expertise to SpinFry.

His extensive contacts in the restaurant industry are invaluable. SpinFry, Inc. has already demonstrated its smaller prototypes to some of the largest fast food and restaurant chains and they were impressed with the fat reduction, the enhanced taste qualities of the food and the savings generated with longer holding times and oil recovery.
